Will Tyler White: The invasion of Iraq was the worst military blunder in our history.  We can only hope to leave with some semblance of order when our troops are drawn down.  That will be when the Iraqi people are willing and able to take over running their own country.  But to say we have "won" if we leave a new government in place with a good deal of continued insurgent violence is disingenuous.  There can be no winner in a war of choice that devastates a sovereign country, kills hundreds of thousands of people, and creates millions of refugees.
